To install it, the easiest is to use the R package devtools and its function install_github. To do so, open an R session and enter

I have been using MCPcounter for my research and it has significantly improved my workflow. The tool is efficient for quantifying the abundance of various immune and stromal cell populations in heterogeneous tissues using transcriptomic data.
